An Advert for You
There was a Spanish father and son who fell out. The son ran away, and the father set off to find him. He searched for months but couldn’t find him anywhere. Finally, in a last desperate attempt to find him, the father put an advert in a Madrid newspaper. The ad read:
Dear Paco,
Meet me in front of this newspaper office at noon on Saturday. All is forgiven. I care for you. Your Father.
On Saturday, 800 Pacos showed up, looking for forgiveness and care from their fathers. There are so many people today who are looking for forgiveness, and whether we like to admit it or not, we all like to be cared for.
Right now, there's an advert for you on the blog page of this website saying, ‘I can forgive you. I care for you. God your heavenly Father’!
